At Autos Discount, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us through our website or Facebook Messenger, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect what we need to help you:

• Your messages, such as questions about tires, services or appointments.
• Your contact details (name, phone number and/or email address), only when you choose to share them to book an appointment or request a call back.
• Your appointment details, such as the service, date, time and tires selected.
• A Messenger conversation ID, a technical identifier that Facebook assigns to your conversation with our Page.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• answer your questions about our tires and services;
• check availability and book, confirm or manage your appointments;
• call you back when you ask us to;
• send you your reservation confirmation.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Our Automated Assistant

To answer you quickly, some replies on Messenger and on our website are written by an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. Prices, availability and appointment times always come directly from our booking system. If you prefer to speak with a member of our team, simply call us at 514-225-0555.

4. Service Providers

We work with trusted providers that process information on our behalf, only to deliver the services described above:

• Meta Platforms: Facebook Messenger, and the Meta Muse assistant used on the owner’s personal Facebook account;
• OpenAI: drafting the automated replies;
• Our hosting provider: running our secure automation server;
• WordPress and WooCommerce: managing orders and appointments;
• Google (Gmail): sending confirmation and call-back emails.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Québec or Canada.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

Conversations handled by our assistant are kept only temporarily and are erased regularly. Appointment and order records are kept for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email us at admin@autosdiscounts.com.

7. Deleting Your Facebook Messenger Data

To have the data from your Messenger conversations with Autos Discount deleted:

1. Email admin@autosdiscounts.com with the subject line “Delete my data”.
2. Include the name shown on your Facebook profile.

We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.
